Teenage attacker Anssumane Fati has revealed his delight after scoring his first goal for Barcelona in the team's 2-2 draw with Osasuna on Saturday afternoon.
Barca came from behind to lead 2-1 in Pamplona before Roberto Torres netted from the penalty spot late on as the points were shared in the La Liga affair.
Having come off the bench to make his debut one week before, Fati netted on his second appearance for the Catalan giants - becoming their youngest La Liga goalscorer at the age of 16 years and 304 days.
"It is an honour to become the youngest ever La Liga scorer for FC Barcelona. I hope I can score many more goals in this shirt in the future," Fati told reporters. "Every opportunity I get this season I will look to take it."
Fati has benefited from the injuries to the likes of Ousmane Dembele, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez to feature for Ernesto Valverde's side in the early stages of the 2019-20 campaign.
The youngster, who joined Barca from Sevilla in 2012, signed his first professional contract at Camp Nou in the latter stages of July.
