Barcelona centre-back Marc Bartra believes that he has "grown a lot as a player" this season, but has admitted that it has been a disappointing campaign for the team.
The 23-year-old has enjoyed a regular run in the Barcelona XI since the turn of the year following injuries to teammates in the heart of the defence.
However, the Catalan outfit look almost certain to finish the season without a trophy after seeing their La Liga challenge diminish in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Getafe.
"I think we have to analyse what happened, be critical without ourselves and think about the future," he told reporters.
"We have to try and grow as a team, both personally and collectively. I've grown a lot as a player, but on a collective level we didn't manage to reach our goal."
Barca also lost the final of the Copa del Rey to Real Madrid this season, while they were eliminated by Atletico Madrid in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
