Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets has reportedly signed an improved contract as the Spanish giants move to fend off interest in his signature.
The length of his current deal will not change, but his salary will increase to put him among the club's top earners and his release clause will jump up significantly, from £180m to £450m.
The 30-year-old is not thought to have indicated that he wants to leave the club, but Marca reports that the new deal comes amid interest from French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Busquets signed a new contract back in 2016 that ties him to Barcelona until 2021, with an option of a further two years.
The Spanish international made his Barcelona debut in 2008 and has gone on to win seven La Liga titles, six Copas del Rey, three Champions Leagues and three Club World Cups.
