Edinson Cavani thinks that Luis Suarez has struggled to adapt to life at Barcelona because the La Liga giants don't play with an out-and-out striker in their system.
Suarez moved to Barca last summer from Liverpool for £75m, after plundering 31 goals in the Premier League.
However, after returning from a four-month suspension for biting in October, the ex-Reds star has found goals hard to come by, scoring just four times.
Paris Saint-Germain striker Cavani, who is teammates with Suarez for Uruguay, told Marca Plus: "Luis now has a different role at Barca to the one he had at Liverpool.
"It can't be easy for him. It is difficult because he has a lot of movement and Barca are not used to playing with a pure number nine.
"With the talent that Luis has, though, I am sure he will give a lot to Barca. I think that if a team is used to playing in a certain way, you have to find the best way to adapt to the system."
Barcelona are currently second in La Liga.
