Ansu Fati has set a new goalscoring record in La Liga courtesy of his double against Levante.
In the absence of Luis Suarez and due to Barcelona's failure to sign a replacement, Fati started the game alongside Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann.
During the first half of the fixture at Camp Nou, Fati netted twice in the space of as many minutes to help the Catalan giants to a 2-1 victory.
In doing so, Fati became the youngest player to score two goals in a Liga match at 17 years and 94 days.
The prospect beats the previous record, which was set by Real Zaragoza's Juanmi Jimenez in 2010, by just 21 days.
Fati has now contributed five goals from eight starts and 10 substitute outings in all competitions this season.
