Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has reportedly told the club that he wants to leave at the end of the season.
It is believed that the 41-year-old hopes to take a break from football altogether.
Guardiola's future was cast into further doubt this week following his side's exit from the Champions League semi-finals at the hands of Chelsea.
Barcelona are also seven points behind rivals Real Madrid in the race for the La Liga title.
Barca's board have now asked Guardiola to think his decision through, according to Sky Sports News. A press conference has been called for tomorrow.
The former midfielder has led the Catalan club to three La Liga titles and two Champions League trophies during his four-year reign.
