Barcelona forward Lionel Messi has admitted that it was difficult to put the Champions League defeat to AC Milan out his mind during their 2-1 win against Sevilla on Saturday.
The Catalan side were beaten by the Italians 2-0 last Wednesday, and Messi concedes that it was hard to get the defeat out of his system.
"It was hard not to think of Milan [during the Sevilla game]," he told reporters.
"We know we did not have our best game at San Siro, but we will use it going forward."
The second leg of the Champions League last-16 tie will take place at Camp Nou on March 12.
