Barcelona star Neymar says that he is happy to be a part of Gerardo Martino's rotation system.

Barcelona star Neymar has given his backing to manager Gerardo Martino's rotation policy.

The Brazilian international said that altering the team's starting XI on a regular basis helps keep key players fit.

"The most important thing is the union within the squad, this makes us stronger and helps us to win games," he told TV3.

"It's a good system; everyone has the right to a rest so we don't pick up injuries. The most important thing is the team is in peak condition and because we have so many good players we can do this."

Neymar joined the Spanish champions from Santos over the summer in a deal worth £45.5m.
