Barcelona midfielder Rafinha has claimed that his team made Leganes pay for 'leaving too much space' during Saturday's La Liga contest in the outskirts of Madrid.
Leganes deployed an attacking formation against the Spanish champions and caused problems in the early stages, but Barcelona ran out 5-1 winners on the afternoon due to their threat on the counter-attack.
Rafinha, who scored his side's fifth of the match with a long-range strike, says that Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar "are bound to score" when the trio are left with space to operate.
"Above all we are happy with the result of the game. They started with a lot of pace, playing high up and let us have lot of space. When you have our three up front, they are bound to score," Rafinha told reporters.
Next up for Barcelona is a league match at home to Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night.
