Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic believes that his team could have "scored four or five goals" against Fiorentina in the International Champions Cup on Sunday.
The Catalan outfit had the majority of the chances in Florence, but suffered a 2-1 defeat to the Serie A outfit.
Rakitic, however, has said that the Catalan outfit "played very well" in Italy and is unconcerned by the defeat.
"We could've scored four or five goals. I'd rather we didn't score [that many] here and do so next week, when the serious work starts," Rakitic told reporters.
"We always want to win, that's the most important thing, but I think we played very well. We still have to work out some details, of course, but that's what pre-season is all about."
Barcelona's La Liga season does not start until the weekend of August 23, but they still have the European Super Cup and Spanish Super Cup to play over the next couple of weeks.
