Swansea City defender Neil Taylor believes that manager Brendan Rodgers deserves to be named Manager of the Year.
The Northern Irishman, who has has been linked with the Tottenham Hotspur job, has guided the Swans to mid-table in their first season in the Premier League.
The Welsh team have been praised for their style of football and Taylor believes that it is all down to Rodgers.
"He definitely deserves to win Manager of the Year," said the 23-year-old. "People were comparing us to Blackpool at the start of the season, now they are comparing us to Barcelona.
"It's all down to the manager — he's brilliant."
Rodgers has been in charge at the Liberty Stadium since 2010.
