Girona midfielder Yangel Herrera is in a race to prove his fitness to start in Sunday's Catalan derby against La Liga leaders Barcelona.
Herrera was forced to miss Venezuela's two World Cup qualifiers against Bolivia and Uruguay due to an adductor injury.
The midfielder has stepped up his recovery in recent days and has not given up hope of starting Sunday's home fixture.
While Herrera could be passed fit, Girona will definitely be without the injured duo of Ricard Artero and Jastin.
The hosts are also without the services of Oriel Romeu, who is ineligible to face his parent club due to a clause in his loan agreement.
Michel's side are set to line up with Paulo Gazzaniga in goal, and he should be shielded by the centre-back pairing of Daley Blind and David Lopez.
Right-back Alejandro Frances is set to keep his place ahead of Arnau Martinez, while Miguel Gutierrez will continue to operate on the left side of defence.
If fit, Herrera features in the middle of the park alongside Ivan Martin, who found the net in Girona's most recent outing against Sevilla.
Viktor Tysgankov and Tottenham Hotspur loanee Bryan Gil are set to operate from the right and left flanks respectively.
Arnaut Danjuma made his debut as a half-time substitute in the win over Sevilla, and he could be given the opportunity to make his first start and offer support to striker Abel Ruiz.
Girona possible starting lineup: Gazzaniga; Frances, Lopez, Blind, Gutierrez; Tsygankov, Herrera, Martin, Gil; Ruiz, Danjuma
