Adriano has expressed his desire to remain a Barcelona player beyond the end of the summer transfer window.
The left-back has been linked with a host of clubs in recent weeks, including Serie A duo Fiorentina and Roma.
However, unless told that he is surplus to requirements, the 29-year-old has insisted that he would "really would like to stay" at the Camp Nou.
"At the moment I am staying, but I know that there is interest from other clubs. I do have a contract until 2017 and until the president tells me something different I will continue," Adriano told Sport. "I am only thinking about Barca and really would like to stay. I want to talk to the coach and clear things up.
"Lately, there have been a lot of rumours that are not based on anything and I want to start pre-season focused without rumours of whether I am going or staying. I do not know what I will do, but if I stay then I will show I am capable of playing more than people think."
The Brazilian joined Barca from Sevilla back in 2010.
