Barcelona are in negotiations with Valencia regarding a deal for full-back Jordi Alba, according to club president Sandro Rosell.
The 23-year-old has impressed during Spain's Euro 2012 campaign, leading the Catalan giants to target him as they look to replace Eric Abidal, who is currently recovering from a liver transplant.
Speaking at a press conference, Rosell said: "I am not happy these negotiations have leaked out but they have."
Alba, who could cost around £14m, came through the Barca youth ranks before being snapped up by Valencia in 2007.
