Andres Iniesta has confessed that he remains unsure whether he will be a Barcelona player come next season as he is 'still considering his future'.
The Spain international has spent his entire career to date at Camp Nou, coming through the famed La Masia academy ranks in 2002 and going on to make 631 senior competitive appearances for the club.
Iniesta first put Barca on red alert in May when revealing that he has to make "an honest decision" over his short-term plans after 15 trophy-laden years in the first team and, three months on, he is still caught in two minds.
Speaking to Spanish daily El Pais, the 33-year-old said: "Right now, I still haven't signed a new contract. I have felt many strange feelings for the first time, but I think this may be normal.
"It is a situation I could never have imagined three years ago. Basically, I'm considering my future, which is something I would never have done before."
Iniesta has won eight La Liga titles during his time with Barcelona, as well lifting the Champions League on four occasions.
