Edgar Davids has been handed full control of first-team affairs at Barnet following the sacking of Mark Robson.
The 39-year-old, who was installed as joint-head coach along with Robson in the summer, will now be solely responsible for tomorrow's game at Exeter.
A club statement released today read: "Barnet FC can today confirm that Mark Robson has left his duties as joint head coach at the club.
"It was felt that clarification was required regarding the coaching responsibilities at the club and to this end it was agreed that Mark should leave with immediate effect.
"Edgar Davids will continue in his role as head coach and will take full responsibility for all first team footballing matters. The club would like to thank Mark for all his efforts and hard work and wish him the very best for the future."
Barnet currently sit 21st in League Two.
