Barnsley defender Stephen Foster has said that the club's players are "100%" behind manager Keith Hill despite one win in their last 13 league matches.
The Tykes sit 21st in the Championship table, but Foster insists that Hill still has the backing of the players.
"[Hill] doesn't change much. He's a winner and we're not winning so it must be hurting him as well. He works us hard on the training ground to put things right and he wants to turn things around," Foster told the Barnsley Chronicle.
"I trust the gaffer 100%. He's trying to play football the right way. We've been guilty of losing recently to teams who play in a different style but that's the manager's way. Playing football the passing way will win everyone over in the end."
Barnsley visit Leicester City in the Championship on Saturday.
