Thomas Muller has praised the work of Pep Guardiola following Bayern Munich's emphatic 7-1 victory over Roma in the Champions League tonight.
The German side raced into a 4-0 lead inside half an hour and Muller netted from the spot to add a further goal before the break as they obliterated Roma in a breathtaking first-half display.
After the game, Muller told BBC Sport that his side's performance was down to the preparation of their manager.
He said: "We did an excellent job in the first half. This is because we were prepared so well by the coach.
"At half time we were 5-0 up, but there was still 45 minutes to go, that was a bit weird."
Bayern are currently top of Group E after winning all three of their games in this season's competition.
