Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has insisted that he and his teammates are not "getting carried away" with their impressive start to the Bundesliga campaign.
The Bavarian giants have won all eight games so far and are five points clear at the top of the table.
However, Neuer urges caution by pointing out that last season they failed to win the championship despite a promising start.
"We were in a similar situation last term," he said.
"Yet we did not win the Bundesliga title then. We are not getting carried away."
Bayern will welcome Bayer Leverkusen to the Allianz Arena in the Bundesliga on Sunday.
