Pep Guardiola has insisted that he was "satisfied" with Bayern Munich's display against Juventus in Turin this evening, despite the fact that they threw away a two-goal lead.
Goals from Thomas Muller and Arjen Robben seemed to have put visiting Bayern in complete control of the Champions League tie.
However, the hosts hit back twice before the final whistle to ensure that there is still something to play for during next month's second leg.
Nevertheless, the Bayern boss has stressed that he has no complaints with the way that his players performed throughout the 90 minutes.
"I am satisfied with our performance. We have played well for 90 minutes, not just 60 minutes," he told UEFA's official website.
"We showed character. Of course a win would have been better, but we've played against last year's finalist."
Guardiola will leave the Bavarians at the end of the season, having agreed a deal to take charge of Manchester City.
