An emphatic 5-0 win has moved Bayern Munich three points clear at the top of Group F as Dinamo Zagreb proved no match for the hosts at the Allianz Arena.

Robert Lewandowski led the way with a hat-trick, while Douglas Costa and Mario Gotze were also on target as Pep Guardiola enjoyed a comfortable Champions League win.

Goal

Manuel Neuer: It would not be right to mark him too highly on a night when he needed to make just two comfortable saves. Impressive sweeping up long balls in his trademark fashion. (6/10)

Juan Bernat: Provided good support for Costa on the wing in the first half to create more problems for the visitors. Taken off at the break. (6/10)

Jerome Boateng: Operated as another midfielder for much of the game as Bayern kept the ball high up the pitch. Started a number of attacks with his excellent passing range. (7/10)

David Alaba: Proved his versatility once again by starting the game in the centre of defence before causing problems with his energetic play at full-back in the closing stages. (7/10)

Philipp Lahm: Refused to waste the ball at any stage in the game. Offered a good outlet with his runs beyond the wingers and often stepped inside to control the game alongside the Bayern midfielders. (7/10)

Midfield

Joshua Kimmich: Offered a rare opportunity to impress from the start in the centre of midfield and the 20-year-old took the chance with an assured display in deep midfield areas. Dictated the tempo for much of the game. (7/10)

Thiago Alcantara: One of the two outstanding players on the pitch with Lewandowski. Controlled the match in deep positions with his passing range, but he came to life with his clever play in attacking areas. Played a key role in three of the five goals and a constant threat to the visitors. (8/10)

Mario Gotze: Drifted in and out of the game early on, but benefited from a goalkeeping mistake to find the back of the net before improving to get on the ball on a regular basis in attacking areas. (7/10)

Douglas Costa: Another superb performance from the winger as he continues his fine start at the club. Always looked capable of creating something with the space he was gifted on the wing. Followed up his clever touches with an end product more often than not. (8/10)

Kingsley Coman: Capitalising on the opportunities being offered to him. A lively presence out wide and Dinamo were never comfortable dealing with his pace and trickery. (7/10)

Attack

Robert Lewandowski: A stunning run of form continued as the Polish striker made it 10 goals in the space of a week with a hat-trick. Clever off the ball as he found space on a regular basis and his finishing was as impressive as ever. (8/10)

Substitutes

Javi Martinez: Bayern's dominance allowed him to come on at the break as he continues his bid to find full fitness after spending over a year out with a knee injury. Calm and composed in possession after being sent on in defence. (6/10)

Thomas Muller: A rare quiet performance from the attacker after he entered the game just before the hour mark. Typically busy off the ball but struggled to make an impact in the final third. (6/10)

Rafinha: Replaced Boateng in defence and made it to the final whistle without putting a foot wrong. (6/10)

DINAMO ZAGREB

Goal

Eduardo: Gifted Bayern two goals. Somehow allowed Costa to beat him at the near post, before fumbling Gotze's volley to continue a dreadful evening. (3/10)

Defence

Alexandru Matel: Summed up the Dinamo performance with his efforts against Costa. Never managed to get close to the winger and too often caught reacting after the Bayern attack had started. (4/10)

Filip Benkovic: It is unlikely the 18-year-old will ever struggle as much as he did at the Allianz Arena. He was unable to cope with the movement of Lewandowski and he gifted Bayern a second goal with a misjudged header. A night to forget for the defender. (3/10)

Jeremy Taravel: Coped better than many of his teammates on a disastrous night. Cleared a number of dangerous crosses to prevent Bayern from recording an even more emphatic victory. (6/10)

Josip Pivaric: Fortunate not to give away a penalty when he handled the ball in the box. Always looked vulnerable when Coman dipped into his bag of tricks. (5/10)

Midfield

Arijan Ademi: Asked to offer protection for defence, but he always appeared unsure whether he should press higher up the pitch. Unable to cope with Thiago's runs from deeper positions. (5/10)

Paulo Machado: Often the creative force in this side, but he struggled to get on the ball on a regular basis and the game passed him by. (4/10)

Domagoj Antolic: One of the few who looked composed in possession. However, he was often caught out of position when Bayern stepped up the tempo of their plays. (5/10)

El Arabi Hilal Soudani: Dinamo's best player, but that counted for little in this loss. A threat when he came inside from the wing and could have made more of an impact with better support. (6/10)

Junior Fernandes: Wasteful in possession. Fancied his chances with some speculative long-range strikes, but his failure to find teammates regularly only invited more pressure from Bayern. (4/10)

Attack

Marko Pjaca: Difficult to be too critical of a wide attacker who was asked to lead the line for the visitors. Worked hard off the ball but looked frustrated with the lack of support he received. (6/10)

Goncalo Santos: Replaced Benkovic at the bench and was an energetic presence as he looked to hurry the Bayern players in possession. (6/10)
