Former Barcelona coach Luis Enrique has reportedly emerged as a managerial target for Bayern Munich.
Last week, the German club parted company with Carlo Ancelotti after a poor start to the season in both the Bundesliga and Champions League, and a number of names have been linked with a move to the Allianz Arena.
Thomas Tuchel, Julian Nagelsmann and Louis van Gaal are all said to be in contention but according to journalist Juanma Romero, contact has been made with Enrique.
The 47-year-old is currently on sabbatical after ending his three-year stint with Barcelona in the summer, but it has recently been reported that Enrique would consider an early return to the dugout.
Bayern are keen to find Ancelotti's successor as soon as possible, with the club already sitting five points adrift of Borussia Dortmund in the league table.
