Marseille manager Didier Deschamps has said that it will be a difficult return to the Stade Velodrome for former player Franck Ribery.
Les Phoceens were drawn against Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich in the quarter-final of the Champions League this week following their victory over Inter Milan.
French international Ribery is one of the Bavarian outfit's star players, and moved to the club from Marseille in 2007.
Deschamps said that it is difficult to return to your old stomping ground and that it takes a special type of mentality.
"It is not easy to come back to play in your country, and even more against a team that you have worn the jersey," the 43-year-old told RMC Sport.
"On the psychological level, it is not easy to manage. It's special because it's the kind of game where you feel like breaking everything."
Ribery has won two German titles, two German Cups and a German League Cup title since his €25m (£20.7m) move.
