Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery has admitted that he is confident of winning this year's FIFA Ballon d'Or.
The French international is up against Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi in the competition to be named the best footballer in the world.
Despite Ronaldo being the favourite to scoop the title, Ribery believes that he has a great chance of receiving the accolade.
"I am confident. I have done all I had to," the 30-year-old told Le Monde.
"If you look at my performances all year long, I have made the difference. I may not score in every match but I set the defences on fire.
"Ronaldo certainly scores more than I do, but we don't have the same style."
The winner of the Ballon d'Or will be announced in Zurich on January 13.
