Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has revealed that Arjen Robben is close to agreeing a new contract with the German club.
The Dutch international's current deal is due to expire in 2013, leading to speculation that he could be tempted by a move away from the Allianz Arena.
However, Heynckes fully expects Robben to put pen to paper in the near future.
"Internally [the contract extension] has been negotiated. I expect Arjen will put his signature to it in the coming period," Heynckes told reporters.
Robben joined Bayern from Real Madrid in 2009.
