Sports Mole rounds up the latest rumours and deals to take place in the Bundesliga.

Germany, having won the World Cup, were the last team home from the tournament, and with less than a month to go until the start of the new Bundesliga season clubs are working overtime to get their squads ready for competition.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at each club's done deals and rumours that have done the rounds this week.

Augsburg

Business was done early this week for the club, with the arrival of Caiuby from Ingolstadt on a four-year contract last Friday. The experienced 2. Bundesliga player will be looking to make the step up this season.

Shawn Parker's future at Mainz 05 has been much discussed this summer, but the striker finally completed his move to Augsburg in the week, signing a four-year deal.

Bayern Munich

More big news from Bayern this week, and it is another departure from the club. Toni Kroos has now joined Mario Mandzukic in Spain, having signed for Atletico Madrid's fierce rivals Real Madrid on a six-year deal.

Further rumours on the players out front have seen Roma linked with a strong interest in Xherdan Shaqiri, who was previously wanted by Liverpool. The latest is that the player has agreed terms with the Italian side if they can set a fee with Bayern.

The German champions are also looking to bring in France star Antoine Griezmann, although this has yet to get beyond the rumour stage.

Borussia Dortmund

The club's long-term pursuit of Matthias Ginter finally came to an end this week as they wrapped up the signing of a long-term deal on Thursday.

Mario Gotze's younger brother Felix Gotze has also made the move to Bayern, while Dortmund reportedly face stiff competition to keep hold of Mats Hummels, with Barcelona now thought to be keen.

Borussia Monchengladbach

Last week PSV Eindhoven were thought to be close to capturing Gladbach striker Luuk de Jong, and this week the deal has been confirmed for the 23-year-old.

Eintracht Frankfurt

This week Nicklas Bendtner has reportedly turned down a lucrative offer from Frankfurt to join the club, and will remain at Arsenal for the time being.

FC Koln

Former striker Lukas Podolski claimed earlier in the week that he would love to return to play for the club one day, but there is not thought to be any attempt by Koln to bring in the Germany international this summer.

Hamburger SV

Centre-back Michael Mancienne returned to English football this week, signing for Championship side Nottingham Forest for a fee thought to be around £1m.

There have been a number of clubs credited with an interest in Christian Atsu on loan from Chelsea, with Hamburg the only team from Germany on the list.

Hannover

There was a done deal for Hannover at the weekend as Sebastien Pocognoli joined West Bromwich Albion for a fee in the region of £1.5m.

Hertha Berlin

The capital side continue to be busy in the transfer window. Last week they were thought to be looking at Roy Beerens to replace the outgoing Pierre-Michel Lasogga, and they quickly managed to wrap up the deal at the weekend.

Mainz 05

The club have been very busy in recent days, with two players arriving on Wednesday. First, they completed the signing of Gonzalo Jara from Nottingham Forest for two years and then announced the deal for impressive Greek goalkeeper Stefanos Kapino.

SC Paderborn

There is just one deal of note from the Bundesliga newcomers this week, with striker Saliou Sane signing a new contract and then being loaned out to third-tier side Holstein Kiel.

Stuttgart

Head coach Armin Veh recently ruled out Antonio Rudiger being for sale, despite reports linking him with a move away from the club.

Der VfB are one of the clubs believed to be looking at 27-year-old American centre-back Matt Besler, with interest also from England.

Werder Bremen

May signing Alex Galvez this week claimed that he almost joined Borussia Dortmund before agreeing terms with Werder, but aside from this talk the club have been fairly quiet on the transfer front.

Wolfsburg

The German side remain strongly interested in Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku, with some reports in Germany claiming that they are prepared to offer as much as £30m.

If they do indeed manage to secure a deal for the Belgian international then it could pave the way for striker Bas Dost to return to the Netherlands, with Feyenoord thought to be keen on him.
