Sports Mole rounds up all of the latest transfer news from the Bundesliga in the past seven days.

The end of the summer transfer window is now just a few days away, meaning that the pressure is on Bundesliga clubs to conclude their business as quickly as possible.

It's been another busy week in the market for the majority of German clubs, and Sports Mole has taken a closer look at the deals and gossip from the past seven days.

Augsburg

Augsburg don't appear to be in any rush to add another player to their squad before the transfer deadline, despite criticisms of the lack of defensive options currently on offer to Markus Weinzierl.

Bayer Leverkusen

It looks increasingly likely that Philipp Wollscheid will move to the Premier League over the next few days, with West Ham United and Southampton both reported to be interested in the defender.

However, Stefan Kiessling has reassured the club's supporters that he has no intention of forcing through a move this summer.

Bayern Munich

It's been a particularly busy week for the defending champions, with Pep Guardiola finally capturing a central defender thanks to the arrival of Mehdi Benatia from Roma.

There was also good news for Bayern fans on Friday as the club confirmed the signing of Xabi Alonso from Real Madrid on a two-year deal.

Borussia Dortmund

Dortmund look likely to keep Marco Reus for at least another season as Bayern's reported interest cooled this week, with Jurgen Klopp claiming that the attacking midfielder would be with the club for a number of years.

However, the club are still rumoured to be in the market for another player, and Manchester United's Shinji Kagawa has been linked with a return.

Borussia Monchengladbach

Monchengladbach are expected to enjoy a quiet few days in the window after completing the majority of their business earlier in the summer, but the departures of a couple of fringe players could be a possibility.

Eintracht Frankfurt

Haris Seferovic has made a solid start to life at his new club, but it looks unlikely that he will be joined by another new forward, with Frankfurt falling short in the battle to land attacking targets.

FC Koln

Will the hugely popular Lukas Podloski return to the club over the next few days? The Arsenal forward is reported to be available for transfer, but a switch to Serie A looks much more likely.

Freiburg

Sochaux forward Cedric Bakambu is believed to be attracting interest from a number of clubs in the closing days of the transfer window, with Freiburg expected to compete with Crystal Palace and Swansea City for the 23-year-old's signature.

Hamburger SV

Securing the services of a defender has been a priority for the club, and the arrival of Cleber from Corinthians has handed Mirko Slomka's side a boost ahead of Saturday's meeting with Paderborn.

Lewis Holtby is another player who has been linked with a return to the Bundesliga, but Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino has yet to reveal whether he would be willing to let the midfielder leave.

Hannover

The signing of experienced free agent Jimmy Briand adds another option to the Hannover attack.

Hertha Berlin

Salomon Kalou has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Lille this summer, and it now appears that Hertha are leading the chase to land the Ivorian as they look to add a goalscorer to their squad in the latter stages of the window.

Hoffenheim

Derby County have been locked in negotiations with Hoffenheim for the past couple of weeks, and they are expected to be willing to allow young midfielder Tom Koblenz complete his move to the Championship club this weekend.

Mainz 05

Mainz were reported to be settling for one final transfer in the summer window, but the club have been dealt a blow in their bid to sign a striker. Jairo Samperio, who had agreed to make the move from Sevilla, failed a medical this week to end his hopes of securing a deal.

Paderborn

A lack of funds is likely to hinder Paderborn's progress before the deadline, with the Bundesliga new boys unlikely to bring in another player.

Schalke 04

Sead Kolasinac has been ruled out for at least six months after damaging his anterior cruciate ligament on the opening weekend of the new season, meaning that Schalke are likely to recruit a defender, possibly on a temporary basis.

Stuttgart

Antonio Rudiger has broken his silence on rumours of interest from Manchester United, claiming that he would be open to the possibility of moving to Old Trafford.

However, with the deadline quickly approaching, it remains unclear whether Louis van Gaal will give the green light to a deal for the 21-year-old.

Werder Bremen

A possible move for Fulham forward Bryan Ruiz was dismissed as speculation this week by general manager Thomas Eichin, who insists that the funds are not available for the deal to go through.

There could be a departure, though, with West Ham United and Sunderland both rumoured to be eager to bring Ludovic Obraniak to the Premier League.

Wolfsburg

Arsenal lost out to Wolfsburg in the battle to sign Luis Gustavo last summer, but reports have suggested that the Gunners will look to capture the Brazilian with a deal which could see Podolski move in the opposite direction.
