West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing Wolverhampton Wanderers captain Max Kilman during this summer's transfer window.

Julen Lopetegui, who made Kilman captain at Molineux, has replaced David Moyes as head coach of the Hammers, and the capital outfit are expected to be busy during the upcoming market.

According to the Daily Mail, Lopetegui has identified Kilman as a priority target this summer, with the 27-year-old's future currently the subject of much speculation.

The report claims that Wolves value their captain in the region of £45m, but the club are under no pressure to sell him during the summer market.

Kilman made the move to Molineux in 2018, and he has represented his current side on 151 occasions in all competitions, scoring three times and registering three assists in the process.

The centre-back made 44 appearances for Wolves last season, and he has another four years left to run on his contract with his current club.

Meanwhile, according to German journalist Christian Falk, Bayern Munich are in negotiations with Bayer Leverkusen over a deal for central defender Jonathan Tah.

Falk claims that Bayern's sports director Max Eberl has been in talks with Leverkusen's sports director Simon Rolfes over the Germany international's future.

Leverkusen allegedly want €40m (£33.8m) for the 28-year-old, but Bayern are not believed to be willing to pay more than €25m (£21.1m) plus bonuses for his services.

Tah made 48 appearances for the Bundesliga champions during the 2023-24 campaign, including 31 outings in Germany's top flight, scoring four times and registering one assist.

The centre-back's contract with Xabi Alonso's side is due to expire in June 2025, and there is also believed to be Premier League interest in his services.

Elsewhere, Aston Villa are allegedly interested in signing Rennes left-back Adrien Truffert to Villa Park.

The 22-year-old enjoyed a strong 2023-24 campaign for his French club, scoring twice and registering seven assists in 43 appearances in all competitions.

According to L'Equipe, Villa are preparing to reignite their interest, having previously attempted to secure his services during the summer of 2023.

The report claims that Leicester City, Fulham and Bournemouth are also interested in the full-back, while Benfica, Bayern, AC Milan, Lyon and Monaco are keeping a close eye on his situation.

Truffert has two years left to run on his contract with Rennes, and the club are thought to be willing to listen to offers for him during the summer market.

The defender came through the youth system at Roazhon Park, and he has represented Les Rennais on 156 occasions in all competitions, scoring six goals and registering 21 assists in the process. body check tags ::
