Belgium captain Vincent Kompany has hailed the "unbelievable" spirit of the squad as they look to reach their first major tournament in 14 years.
Tuesday's 2-0 victory over Scotland in Brussels has seen Kompany and his teammates move top of their qualifying group for the 2014 World Cup.
"I can tell you one thing, and this is the great thing about this team - no matter how many good players we've got, the team spirit is unbelievable," the defender told FIFA.com.
"We are like a family and every time we come here, we are not even thinking about who is going to play the game. It's all about whoever is on the pitch just giving everything."
The last time that the Belgians featured at a major tournament was the 2002 World Cup.
