Centre-back Rob Kiernan's scrappy goal has sent Birmingham City level with Wolverhampton Wanderers at half time at St Andrews.
The visitors took the lead midway through the half, as Nouha Dicko squared the ball for Benik Afobe to slide it in from eight yards out.
However, Birmingham equalised two minutes later as Kiernan bundled David Cotterill's corner over the line from close range.
Both sides created early opportunities in the match as Diego Fabbrini went close with an audacious chip from the edge of the box for Birmingham, and Wolves' James Henry had a shot deflected behind for a corner.
After Birmingham's equaliser, Cotterill almost turned from goal provider to goal scorer, but his right-footed effort from long range missed by inches.
Robert Tesche went close to scoring a spectacular second for the home side a few minutes later, but his shot from a tight angle on the right hand side fell the wrong side of the post, before Dicko stung the palms of Darren Randolph with a low drive.
Wolves finished the half on top, and they almost went ahead as Kevin McDonald curled a shot just wide of the far post.
