Birmingham City boss Gary Rowett has been named among the nominees for November's Manager of the Month award in the Championship.
Rowett took charge of the Blues at the end of October before guiding the team out of the relegation zone with three wins and two draws in his first five games.
Ipswich Town's Mick McCarthy is also on the shortlist after he helped the Tractor Boys maintain their promotion push with 13 points from a possible 15.
Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon is up for the award thanks to three wins and a draw for the Trotters last month, pushing the team towards the top half of the table.
Finally, Brentford boss Mark Warburton completes the quartet as five consecutive victories saw the Bees establish themselves as serious promotion contenders.
The winner of the award will be announced on Friday.
