Blackburn Rovers have delayed their pre-season trip to India after last week's terrorist attack in Mumbai.
Twenty-one people were killed and 113 injured when three explosions rocked the country's largest city last Wednesday.
However, manager Steve Kean insists that the trip will still go ahead at a later date.
"The trip is not cancelled, it is postponed to another date because of the activity out there," he said.
"The trip will now take place at the beginning of October."
The club is owned by Indian poultry business Venky's and the visit would have seen the team become the first Premier League side to play in India.
