Blackburn Rovers have sealed promotion back to the Championship at the first time of asking courtesy of their 1-0 victory over Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday night.
Charlie Mulgrew's 14th League One goal of the campaign was enough for Blackburn to secure all three points, and confirm their spot back in the second tier of English football.
The former Premier League club remain second in the League One table behind Wigan Athletic, but have moved seven points clear of third-placed Shrewsbury Town with just two rounds of matches left to take place.
Blackburn's 2017-18 League One season started with a 2-1 defeat at Southend United, but they have lost just four more times since then to rise into second position.
Tony Mowbray's side were relegated from the Championship last season on goal difference.
