Blackburn Rovers will appoint a new manager by the middle of next week, according to the club's global advisor Shebby Singh.
The Championship side have been without a permanent boss since Steve Kean resigned from his post last month.
Asked when Kean's successor would be named, Singh told Sky Sports News: "Definitely by the middle of next week."
Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp is the latest candidate to be linked with the vacancy at Ewood Park.
