Gary Bowyer has questioned the performance of the referee during Blackburn Rovers' 2-1 defeat to Fulham at Craven Cottage in the Championship.
Jordan Rhodes scored a penalty to get the visitors back into the match in the second half, but a potential equaliser was cleared off the line late on, despite the Blackburn players insisting that it was in.
The manager told Sky Sports News: "We were outstanding in the second half. We hit the woodwork twice and you want the officials to do their job properly and they haven't.
"He doesn't book [James Husband] at all [for the penalty], it's a goal scoring opportunity. They are the things not going for us. You can see the ball [over the line]."
Blackburn are yet to win in the league this season, and sit 22nd in the table.
