Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean has denied reports that he has fallen out with midfielder Steven N'Zonzi.
The Frenchman was dropped to the bench for yesterday's 2-0 win over Norwich City at Ewood Park, sparking speculation of an argument between the pair.
However, Kean has insisted that N'Znozi did not feature from the start against the Canaries because he was being rested.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Kean told reporters. "He's played almost every minute of every Premier League game and unfortunately for him it's caught up with him a little bit.
"I told him, 'I want to rest you so you get your energy back'."
N'Zonzi, 23, joined Rovers in 2009.
