Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes has insisted that he does not feel any added pressure over his £8m price tag.
The Scotland international completed his move to Ewood Park for a club-record fee from Huddersfield Town last month.
When asked if his valuation worries him, the 22-year-old told Sky Sports News: "No it doesn't. It fills me with pride and a real warmth that a club like Blackburn and manager Steve Kean spent the money to bring me here and it is a huge honour to be part of this football club."
Rhodes scored 38 goals last season to help Huddersfield gain promotion to the Championship.
