Blackburn Rovers have reportedly turned down Hull City's offer for striker Jordan Rhodes.
The 24-year-old is believed to have been targeted by the Tigers as they search for a replacement for Shane Long, who moved to Southampton.
Blackburn manager Gary Bowyer confirmed Hull's approach today, but according to BBC Radio Lancashire, the Championship club have rebuffed their advances.
Rhodes, who joined Blackburn from Huddersfield Town two years ago, scored 25 goals for the club last season.
