Blackburn Rovers centre-back Gael Givet is reported to be edging closer to a move to newly-promoted Serie A side Livorno.
The 31-year-old is reportedly holding talks with the Tuscan club, although they have yet to agree a fee with the Championship side.
According to Sky Sports News, the French international will demand that Rovers pay up the final year of his contract - making him a free agent - before he agrees to make the switch.
Givet, who arrived at Ewood Park from Marseille in 2009, has just one year left on his contract.
