Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean has admitted that he wants to bring a striker and midfielder to Ewood Park in the winter transfer window.
The Scotsman, who remains confident that his job is safe at Blackburn, is expected to attend a number of board meetings with owners Venky's.
"We'd like to bring a midfielder and a striker in," the Daily Mail quotes Kean as saying. "We will also look to see if there is excess money available. Then we'd like to strengthen other areas."
Despite the Premier League side defeating Swansea City 4-2 on Saturday, groups of supporters continued to protest against the manager.
