Blackburn Rovers centre-back Matthew Kilgallon has revealed that he is eager to extend his stay at Ewood Park.
Kilgallon has played a key role in the Rovers defence under Gary Bowyer this season, and he admits that signing a new deal is a possibility ahead of the expiration of his current deal this summer.
"I'm sure something will be said and if you're playing well hopefully you will get rewarded," the 31-year-old told the Lancashire Telegraph.
"I'm just head down and playing as many games as I can at the moment. I haven't even thought about [the summer] because of the cup run and because of the amount of games we've had."
Blackburn return to action against Lancashire rivals Bolton Wanderers on Wednesday night.
