Blackpool boss Lee Clark has revealed that the majority of his squad will not be given a rest during the international break.
The Seasiders sit 10 points adrift of safety at the bottom of the Championship table after just one win in their opening 17 games.
While most clubs will be allowing players to reserve their energy over the next two weeks, Clark has warned his that they face some rigorous training.
"This won't be an international break like most clubs have, where it's a chance for rest and recovery," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"Four or five who have played the majority of the season and are a bit more older in age will have the opportunity to get a bit of rest but the others will be getting worked extremely hard."
Blackpool are back in Championship action on November 22 when they entertain a resurgent Bolton Wanderers.
