Boavista will be aiming to clinch back-to-back victories when they play host to Vitoria de Guimaraes on Friday.
The visitors, meanwhile, enter the contest in sixth position, and they will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to four matches.
Match preview
With just two games left to play in the Primeira Liga season, Boavista find themselves in a comfortable mid-table position.
They head into Friday's encounter in 10th spot, and although they are set to improve on last seasons's 13th place finish, Os Axadrezados will be looking to move into the top half of the table before the campaign ends.
After suffering heavy back-to-back defeats, Boavista returned to winning ways in their most recent outing, beating Moreirense 2-1.
Kenji Gorre opened the scoring for Boavista, but the three points looked to have slipped away when Rafael Martins equalised in the 88th minute, but they still managed to snatch the win thanks to Petar Musa's 90th-minute winner.
Despite winning last weekend, Os Axadrezados have won just one home league game in 2022, while they have drawn more home matches than any other team in the Primeira Liga this season.
Vitoria de Guimaraes, meanwhile, currently occupy sixth position, which will become a European place if Porto beat Tondela in the Taca de Portugal final.
As it stands though, Os Vimaranenses are four points adrift of the European places with just six points left to play for in the Primeira Liga season.
Although they have avoided defeat in their last three matches, Vitoria de Guimaraes have dropped four points in their previous two games.
After drawing 1-1 away to Tondela, Pepa's side repeated that scoreline in their most recent outing when Santa Clara's Allano dispatched a second-half spot kick to cancel out Oscar Estupinan's opener.
The visitors have fared fairly well on their travels of late, winning two of their last three away matches, which will act as a confidence boost ahead of Friday's contest.

Team News
Musa and Sebastian Perez received red cards against Moreirense, and as a result of their dismissals, they will be suspended for Friday's encounter.
Due to those suspensions, Luis Santos and Yusupha Njie could be presented with starting opportunities.
Pedro Malheiro has started the last two matches for the visitors, and he is expected to retain his place against Vitoria de Guimaraes.
As for the visitors, they are expected to be without the services of Jorge Fernandes, who is sidelined due to an injury issue.
Rochinha is also a doubt for Vitoria de Guimaraes after the 27-year-old was forced off in the first half against Santa Clara.
After scoring his 13th league goal of the season last weekend, Estupinan will continue to lead the line for the visitors.
Boavista possible starting lineup:
Bracali; Cannon, Abascal, Porozo; Malheiro, Vukotic, Makouta, Ferreira; Santos, Gorre, Njie
Vitoria de Guimaraes possible starting lineup:
Varela; Maga, Borevkovic, Mumin, Soares; Silva, Semedo, Almeida; Lameiras, Luz, Estupinan
We say: Boavista 1-2 Vitoria de Guimaraes
Vitoria de Guimaraes are unbeaten in their last three meetings with Boavista, while they have emerged victorious in two of those contests, and with the top five still a possibility, we think that the hosts will pick up another victory over Boavista.
