The game, which was scheduled to be played this afternoon, has been called off as the pitch has been deemed unplayable by officials.
The weather is expected to improve in Bologna by Tuesday 26 February and it is likely that the game will be rescheduled for an evening kick off on that day.
Bologna sit just five points off the relegation zone in the Serie A table.
