Bologna coach Stefano Pioli has declared that his side have used the international break to prepare meticulously for tonight's clash with Inter Milan, aiming for a shock win against the Nerazzurri.
The Rossoblu have recorded just two wins so far this season to leave themselves in the relegation zone after 12 matches, with home form a particular concern.
He told reporters: "When there is a break for international duty, there's time to study your opponents carefully.
"Although we know how good Inter are, we are ready for them and prepared the situations as best we can to get the victory. Inter are organised, solid and physical, so we must be precise and rapid every time we get the chance to hurt them.
"It was also important to get players back from injury, like Michele Pazienza, Marek Cech and Cesare Natali. This season we suffered, gritted our teeth and overcame difficult moments. It's true we could've done better, but we have grown through these experiences and are ready to face important and difficult tests."
Victory over Inter would lift Pioli's struggling side to 15th in the table.
