Marcus Alonso has insisted that he is ready to return to the Bolton Wanderers first team after missing a large part of the season with injury.
The 21-year-old has been out of action since December, but he has targeted a return to the fold in the coming weeks.
"I know I've got to keep working hard and hopefully I can get into the first team. We have ten games left in the Premier League, each on their own merit a cup final for us because we want to win every one of them," Alonso told the club's official website.
"I want to be part of the side and if the gaffer asks me to come in and do a job for the first team then I'm confident in my ability. After my injury I'm ready to play football."
Alonso joined Bolton from Real Madrid in 2010.
