Mats Hummels has claimed that the home supporters will be crucial when Borussia Dortmund host Juventus in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on Wednesday night.
Juventus hold the advantage thanks to a 2-1 win in Turin last month, and Hummels believes that getting the supporters involved in the game as soon as possible could make the difference at Signal Iduna Park.
"We want to use the home crowd to our advantage," the Dortmund captain told reporters. "Straight from the start, we want to make the fans giddy with excitement.
"We've got to be more direct and calmer in the final third."
Dortmund have not won any of their last three Champions League fixtures.
