Schalke 04 manager Andre Breitenreiter has revealed his excitement at his first Ruhr derby against Borussia Dortmund on Sunday.
Die Konigsblauen head to Signal Iduna Park tomorrow on the back of just one victory in their last four games as they look for a first win at Dortmund's home since 2012.
Both Breitenreiter and Borussia manager Thomas Tuchel will be in the dugouts for their first Ruhr derby, and the Schalke boss has hyped up the importance of the match.
"We cannot wait," he told reporters. "Schalke against Dortmund - it is the mother of all derbies. The anticipation is growing, the excitement is taking over.
"I will have a lot of friends at the game - they will all be crossing their fingers for us. We cannot wait, we are well prepared. We have to be brave.
"Dortmund have been consistent all season and have quick players - we will have to watch out for them. We will need to show passion and heart and have a good game plan. We have to be brave, but we have every chance of taking something from the game."
Schalke are sixth in the Bundesliga table ahead of Saturday's fixtures, six points behind their rivals in second.
