Cardiff City's Brazilian full-back Fabio da Silva has backed his nation to advance through to the final of the World Cup tonight.
Some have regarded the hosts as the underdogs against Germany due to the omissions of the injured Neymar and suspended captain Thiago Silva.
However, despite having acknowledged that the Germans "are extremely good", Fabio believes that the home support will help Brazil to win the semi-final.
"Germany are extremely good and it's going to be a tough match but we are at home and the support, so far, has been unbelievable. I believe Brazil will win the World Cup. Brazil are confident. We are all confident. We respect Germany but we also believe in Brazil," the 23-year-old told Wales Online.
Brazil and Germany have met once before at the World Cup, with the South Americans winning through to lift the trophy in 2002.
