Brighton & Hove Albion manager Gus Poyet has praised his side for the "team effort" that saw them overcome Newcastle United in the third round of the FA Cup.
Goals from Andrea Orlandi and Will Hoskins put Brighton into the fourth round and Poyet was delighted that his side were able to see off a weakened Magpies team.
"It was a team effort today, they realised the opportunity and we are lucky Newcastle couldn't bring their best players but we had to take advantage and we did that," Poyet told BBC Sport.
"We needed to keep a clean sheet, keep the ball and then score and we did that. I am very happy."
The draw for the fourth round takes place on Sunday afternoon.
